JENS-UWE VOIGT
Jens-Uwe Voigt is staff cardiologist and appointed professor at the University of Leuven, Belgium,
leading the echocardiography lab of the University Hospitals and an imaging research group with
several international fellows and PhD students. His field of interest is myocardial function imaging to
which he contributed significantly in the past years. The current focus of his work is on clinical
applications of high frame rate imaging, ventricular dyssynchrony and technical aspects of applied
echocardiographic deformation imaging.
